If within twelve (12) months from the completion date of your installation you are not completely happy with the workmanship and manufacturer’s specified performance of the system we installed, we will make any modification to our installation necessary to achieve your happiness (within the equipment specified limitations; upgrades or brand changes are not included).  

If we are unable to satisfy your concerns, we will remove the system within thirty (30) days of your request and refund your money so that you may purchase a new system from another contractor of your choice.  

If you decide to replace your existing system, your old system, when removed, will be scrapped, recycled, and is not available to be reinstalled. However, you will have complete freedom without obligation to ATEL Air to select any contractor of your choice to have a new replacement system installed.
