Maintenance Plans
Equipment that is 15 or more years old is nearing the end of its lifespan. If your equipment is 15 years old or more, you may want to consider replacing it with newer, more efficient equipment that will come with a warranty. Any furnace over 15 years old will not be eligible for the Gold or Silver level plans. Additionally, any furnace, air conditioner or heat pump that is no longer manufactured or does not have replacement parts available cannot be supported. IE: Lennox Pulse furnace
ATEL Air offers three types of maintenance service plans:
- Safety Inspection for a gas furnace, air conditioner or Heat Pump @ $89.00.
Safety inspection allows a licensed technician to visually inspect and ensure the equipment is operating in a safe manner according to code.
- Bronze Level Equipment tune-up allows a licensed technician to visually inspect and ensure the equipment is operating in a safe manner according to code. Plus the technician will perform a mutli point tune-up with adjustments and calibrations to the equipment.
